Yang Weifeng, born in 1978 in Ningxia, is a council member of the China Photographers Association and Vice Chairman of the China Petroleum Photographers Association. In 2023, he created Heaven and Earth: The Hexi Corridor, traveling over 20,000 kilometers to document the relationship between humans and nature. His work has received international recognition, including an Honorary Mention at the 2025 Florence International Annual Art Exhibition.
Yang’s photographs have been exhibited at the Pingyao International Photography Festival, the Silk Road Image Expo, the China Photography Art Festival, and in institutions such as the China Photography Art Museum and Wuhan Image Art Center.
